We stayed at a peaceful hostel with a stunning view over the city. The hostel helped us organize exciting activities like rafting and jungle walks. Our guide, Fausto, was amazing! The staff was extremely friendly and the facilities were clean. The breakfast provided was nice too. I would recommend this hostel for people who want a quiet and enjoyable stay.

Great view from the terrace and friendly staff. The breakfast was cheap and delicious. The staff was very helpful in organizing our three-day jungle tour. We had a fantastic experience exploring the nearby reserve with a knowledgeable herpetologist. The accommodation was clean and tidy.
There were no window screens, so we had to choose between getting hot in the room or getting bitten by bugs. The water in our private bathroom wasn't working in the morning, and it took a while for the issue to be resolved.

the hotel also had a fantastic shared kitchen area, which was well equipped and kept very clean. the terrace overlooking the city provided a beautiful view and had comfortable hammocks to relax in.
The location of the hotel was quite inconvenient, as it was a $2 taxi ride away from the bus station and a 25-30 minute walk to the center of town. the walk involved going down dirt paths and even a stretch along a dual-carriageway.

During our stay at Hostal Tena Naui, we had the pleasure of meeting Robbie, who went above and beyond to assist us. He helped us find alternate accommodations when our original plans were disrupted due to a bridge closure. Robbie even offered to drive us into town himself. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a spectacular thunderstorm. The hillside location offered a peaceful view of the forest, away from the bustling parts of town. The hostel had all the necessary facilities, including a well-maintained kitchen and purified water. The lush tropical gardens added a relaxing and scenic ambiance. I highly recommend this hostel for its exceptional hospitality, tranquility, and value for money.

During xmas we stayed at a budget-friendly hotel that had two complementary facts, which was a surprise! The location was quite strategic and quiet, giving us a relaxing atmosphere amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. One more advantage we enjoyed was the breathtaking view of the city from the terrace.
We had a bad experience with the service as we had to use only one bathroom and shower for the entire facility. It was quite inconvenient to wait for others and watch for openings.
